SportSpectors is a high-performance career network built for the professional sports industry. We connect talent with exclusive opportunities, on-demand services, and industry insights across the entire sports landscape — from youth leagues to the professional level. Whether you need a verified referee for Friday night lights, a photographer for a college showcase, a videographer for a professional event, or an affiliate partnership that puts your brand in front of the right audience, SportSpectors is the marketplace that brings it all together.
Our platform is built for two audiences. For customers — teams, organizations, brands, and families — we offer a curated directory of vetted sports professionals, an escrow-protected booking flow, and a tiered payout system that ensures quality work gets paid fairly. For providers — referees, photographers, videographers, and affiliate partners — we offer a dedicated dashboard, Stripe Connect direct deposits, and a steady stream of booking requests matched to your expertise, location, and availability. We also feature a job board covering ambassador programs, content creator roles, broadcasting, coaching, and more, plus an insights feed keeping the community informed on industry news and opportunities.
SportSpectors is built by a team passionate about the business of sports. We believe the talent that powers sports — the people behind the whistle, the lens, and the broadcast — deserves a platform that treats them as professionals, not gig workers. Our escrow system holds payments securely, our review system builds reputations, and our automated payout schedules are tailored to each service category. We are committed to transparency, fair compensation, and creating a trusted network where sports talent and opportunity meet.
