PAYMENT IN ESCROW

Your payment is held securely in escrow. If you posted a public gig, local pros can now claim it — review and pick from your dashboard. If you sent a direct offer, the pro has been notified and will accept from their dashboard.

HOW ESCROW PROTECTS YOU

Your payment is held securely in an escrow account. The freelancer only gets paid when you confirm the work is done — so your money is always protected.

01

Your money is held safely

When you book, your payment goes into escrow — not to the freelancer. It stays there until you approve the work.

02

Referees: paid on completion

After the event, you'll get an email asking if the referee did the job. Confirm and the full payment is direct-deposited to them instantly.

03

Photographers: 50% after initial images

After the event, the photographer submits a link to their raw images. Review them — if you're happy, approve to release the first 50%.

04

Photographers & Videographers: 50% on final delivery

Once you approve the initial images, the freelancer submits retouched photos / edited footage. Approve the finals to release the remaining 50%.

05

Not satisfied? Report an issue

If the work isn't right, report an issue instead of approving. Funds stay in escrow and our team reviews the dispute to either release or refund.

Pro tip: Always review deliverables carefully before approving. Approval releases payment immediately — you can't undo it.
